Impera Industries has pioneered a new type of knuckle, the "Dual Wield Knuckle". The JANUS uses Neodymium Iron Bore magnets to hold each 1/4" half together for a total thickness of 1/2".
Each JANUS is serialized as a pair both halves have the same serial number, and also include a custom welded steel gift box made in Italy.
Taking notes from ancient samurai history, Impera Industries has made a modern tool for today's warriors. At the heart of the JANUS is the ability to use the knuck as one single joined piece or simply slide the two halves apart and use one in each hand, much like the famous swordsmen Miyamoto Musashi would enter a battle with two swords. All of the edges that come in contact with the hand have been chamfered to afford the user maximum comfort and fade away when they transition in to the tanto point. The face of the JANUS has a circular pocket with a recessed surface containing a deep etched Impera Industries logo. The inside of each halve features pockets much like you would see on the inside of a custom knife with textured lines running at the same angle as the long edge of the tanto.
