At Dauntless Manufacturing, the goal is to make their knives accessible to everyone without compromising on quality. The new pre-configured model is a step towards achieving that objective in a straightforward manner. By collaborating with material suppliers, Dauntless identified opportunities to reduce costs by purchasing high-volume materials, resulting in the use of AEB-L steel and Natural Canvas Micarta for this model. This knife continues the Hot and Ready series.

Designed in partnership with Matt Helm, this knife draws inspiration from his Work Knife pattern with an upswept drop point style blade. It maintains Helm's commitment to detail and usability within a more accessible package. For this production run, the knife is crafted from AEB-L stainless steel, professionally heat treated to 59-60 HRc, featuring a tumbled finish and Dauntless jimping. The knife measures 7.4" overall, with a cutting edge of 3.35" and a thickness of 3/16", showcasing a machined double flat grind style bevel.

Included with the knife is a standard black kydex sheath equipped with a Discreet Carry Concepts Mod 4 1.75" clip. All standard accessories for the Work Knife V2 are compatible with this model, including sheaths and scales.

Due to variations in materials and manufacturing processes, some differences in coloration on blades and scales may occur from lot to lot.
