This Outdoorsman has a San Mai VG-10 steel blade for a high-performance cutting edge suitable for any conditions. The handle is a Kraton handle for a sure and solid grip.  The latest Outdoorsman features two new improvements. The first is jimping on the blade spine that gives the thumb and index finger more control of the cutting edge. The second is a chopping-edge or bone breaker that will hack through anything you put in front of it. This model includes a molded belt sheath for secure carry in the field.
