Each Siphon II has the Microtech logo with the serial number and birth date on the pocket clip, these pens all use the universal Fisher Space Pen refill.
The stainless steel construction on the Sipohn II carries an impressive amount of detail, including the iconic Triangle Microtech fasteners along with grooves milled into the center cartridge holder. The shaft has flat sides to accommodate multiple writing styles and allows the pocket clip to sit flush against the body. The Siphon uses the Fisher Space pen refill.
