Marfione Custom Knives are built by Anthony Marfione who is the creative mind behind Microtech Knives and the famous line up of designs that continues to shake the knife world every year.




The Microtech A.D.O. (Alpha Detachment Operative) is a knife styled after the creations of Chris Reeve. The A.D.O. is crafted from a solid billet of 440A stainless steel, with a single edge hand ground blade. The classic styled hollow handle is equipped with a threaded cap and an o-ring and a special Microtech twist, the cap has an integrated glass breaker. The A.D.O. is delivered with a composite sheath featuring a 2" metal belt clip and spring loaded tab to secure the knife in place at all times.
