Custom design by Allen Elishewitz, the Hogue Tactical Auto EX-A01 features an aggressive serrated Tanto blade for maximum piercing and cutting power.
Hogue knives are made just outside Las Vegas in Henderson, Nevada. Just a few miles away! These serrated EXAO1 are more aggressively edged than their plain edged brethren for emergency cuts and field work that demands an extra sharp edge at all times.
Hogue Automatics offer impressive speed and exceptional reliability. These knives have the same feature set as the manual folders with the addition of two key elements: The auto mechanism and the manual safety that locks the knife both open and closed to prevent misfiring.
Deployment is based around a strong, custom designed, over-sized coil spring that has been extensively tested and integrated to provide force along the pivot’s entire range of motion. The result is an automatic that kicks open with authority every time you call on it.
