DESCRIPTION
The CIVIVI Mandate is a tiny retractable knife with a world of utility. The handle is made of milled titanium, and has an easy, one-hand action. When closed, the Mandate has a bottle opener in the front. The pommel has a multi-size compatible hex wrench. The Mandate comes with a 9Cr18MoV blade installed, two spares, and one spare made of Damascus steel. This Mandate model has a Bronze titanium handle.
