How fast will I get my order?
Free Shipping applies to cart sub totals $150 or more (5-7 days):
Most Free Ship orders ship via Ground Shipping or USPS First Class (slowest option).
2Day Shipping (2 days Excluding Weekends)
Overnight (The Next Business day if placed by 3pm EST)
Some important things to know:
Order by 3 PM EST Monday-Friday to ship out the same day (unless we need to verify your order).
ALL First Time Orders / New Addresses Need To Be Verified Before We Ship.
We don't ship on weekends.
Weekend delivery is not guaranteed even if UPS/Fedex delivers in your area on Saturdays.
Signature is not required for most orders. If you want a signature, let us know in the checkout comments.
Paid shipping is non-refundable.
UPS/Fedex doesn't ship to PO Boxes. We need a physical address.
We reserve the right to and can change your shipping method at anytime with out telling you if certain items can't be shipped by your chosen method (e.g., knives can't go via USPS).
Tracking your order:
You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
UPS/Fedex offers photo proof of delivery, but they won't reimburse theft that happens on your property.
International Shipping:
Contact us first before placing an international order. There are restrictions on some products.
You are responsible for all import fees and customs charges. We won't pay them.
We can't falsify customs forms.
Lost, stolen, or seized items by customs are not refundable.
