Masters Of Defense "Masters" Box Set #017, Satin Finished 154CM Blades, Black Aluminum Handles - Pre-Owned.

* This MOD Box Set is in good condition.  Some of the knives do have some marks/ring marks on them from being handled.   The satin blades are all in wonderful condition, The Razorback has some discoloration in the fullers from age. The box has a couple of small knicks otherwise is in great condition.* 

This is a five knife set from the original Masters of Defense team.  Each 154-CM blade was hand ground and satin finished by Claude Montjoy. The series was limited to 100 sets.  The custom box set comes in a leather wrapped walnut burl presentation box.

Custom walnut burl encasement made by Edd Lucas

The walnut burl display case has leather wrapped corners and was made by Edd Lucas. It features a hinged lid with a 45 degree chamfer around the lid. There is a floating panel in the lid that sits about 1/2" above center and has been laser etched with two MOD logos and the signatures of the 5 knife designers.  The interior is a plush pigskin suede in perfect condition. The knives are kept in place by the suede headliner of the lid when closed.
