Introducing the Rick Hinderer Knives Hollow Grind! The production slicer grind will now incorporate a subtle hollow to enhance the cutting performance of the RHK Slicer. Traditionally, the flat ground slicer has been thinner behind the edge than the Spearpoint and Spanto blades, and with this new slight hollow, we've improved the edge angles while preserving the blade's sectional density. This means there’s no compromise on the toughness you expect from Hinderer!

Hollow Ground blades will be marked with an "H" on the show side. And a "S" for the skinny version.

The “Skinny” design takes everything great about the standard Eklipse and trims it down. With a thinner handle and a more streamlined blade, this variant is perfect for EDC users looking for a lighter, slimmer option without sacrificing strength.

The Eklipse, designed by Rick Hinderer, possesses its own distinctive attitude that sets it apart from his other designs, such as the XM-18. The Eklipse showcases a more linear approach when it comes to handle and blade metrics. When the blade is deployed, the line extending from the blade tip seamlessly connects to the center of the handle, resulting in a balanced grip. This meticulous design choice ensures a remarkably light and comfortable feel when wielding the knife for any task. The inclusion of double finger grooves and a gently sloping underside of the handle contributes to the Eklipse's ergonomic grip. Additionally, the thumb ramp, equipped with appropriately sized jimping, guarantees a secure hold when adopting a fencing-style grip. Similar to Hinderer's other folding knife models, the Eklipse incorporates a steel lockbar insert and, of course, features his latest innovation—the Triway pivot.
