"In designing a folder that would find its own seat in a long line of fine knives available in the knife world today, I aimed for a versatile blade shape - a multipurpose if you will, where, for example ,it would make sense to bring outdoors as both your food-prep and utility blade, while also riding well in your pocket be it on the golf course, day out abt town or wherever you would feel the need and use of both a fine knife and a design statement. Its length and size offer options, while being a large folder in size, the design does not make it feel like a big knife in hand per se- sleek and slim rather. In this design I felt there were qualities and a sort of siblingship to my friend Daniel's work ( one taught and brought into the game by Ken Onion)- it made sense to ask him if we should do a partner collab and see where we could take it jointly - he was all game."
