To fire the pen tip out of the handle press the side of the pen where the ridged area is.
To reload the tip into the handle press under the T on the right side and draw back until it locks.

Press the button on the side the pen fires out, release the plunge charger in the rear by pressing the release and you cock the pen. Kinda not like a HALO more like something that shoots bullets.
