Description

Fiore & Tashi Bharucha Collaboration Logan Pinless Balisong Damascus Damasteel Blade, Titanium Two Tone Handle
Serial Number 1 of 8

Introducing the Logan Balisong, a collaboration with the talented Tashi Bharucha And Vincenzo Fiore! This project has provided an exciting opportunity for design exploration, leading to the creation of a balisong with a unique identity.

The blade features the classic “claw” design that Tashi is known for, crafted from Damascus Damasteel steel and satin polished. It operates on bearings with hardened steel shims. The channel handles are constructed from solid Titanium 6Al-4V, featuring a dual surface finish for optimal grip: polished at the ends and sand + bead blasted in the center.

The Logan Balisong adheres to a pinsless design philosophy, allowing for a closer finger placement to the center of rotation, which ensures excellent balance and flipping performance. It weighs approximately 4.60 oz.

All hardware components, including torx screws, collars, and pivot barrels, are made from Ti 6Al-4V. The pivot barrels are crafted to tolerance h7, and the aligned pivot barrel system enables secure tightening of the screws, allowing the blade to glide smoothly. The blade operates on steel ball bearings with hardened steel washers, with hand-adjusted tolerances to eliminate play between the handles.

Each Balisong comes with a certificate of authenticity and a branded microfiber cloth
